The core production line is equipped with a German roll forming unit and an American Sematur solid-state high-frequency welding machine, which can produce ultra thick wall straight seam welded pipes. Multiple RT1-660-6 resistance furnaces are equipped to implement normalizing technology, combined with diameter reduction technology to achieve seamless processing of welded pipes. At the same time, fully automatic straightening and cutting equipment is configured to effectively solve the accuracy defects of traditional hydraulic presses that rely on manual experience adjustment, ensuring excellent product quality and customer delivery.
