Shandong Guowei Metal Co., Ltd. was established in September 2017 with a registered capital of RMB 120 million. The production base is located in Dazhangjia Town, Shen County, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China, with a total area of about 140 acres (planned to exceed 100000 square meters), and a standardized factory building of 23400 square meters has been built. The company focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of various steel products such as straight seam welded pipes, seamless welded pipes, galvanized pipes, steel plates, steel coils, and color coated steel, with an annual production capacity exceeding 300000 tons. There are currently more than 170 employees, including 46 with college degrees or above, 16 professional technical and testing personnel (including senior personnel in special occupations and non-destructive testing personnel), 22 sales teams, and over 100 skilled workers.
The company is equipped with multiple modern steel pipe production lines, producing various steel products including Q195/Q215/Q235/Q345, ST37-2/S400/ST52-3, 16Mn/J55/20 #, SM490A/SM520A, ASTM A106 GR.B. These include plain carbon steel, high-quality steel, and alloy steel. The product specifications include but are not limited to: outer diameter of 25-159mm, wall thickness of 3.0-12.0mm, and other specifications. The core production line is equipped with a German roll forming unit and an American Sematur solid-state high-frequency welding machine, which can produce ultra thick wall straight seam welded pipes. Multiple RT1-660-6 resistance furnaces are equipped to implement normalizing technology, combined with diameter reduction technology to achieve seamless processing of welded pipes. At the same time, fully automatic straightening and cutting equipment is configured to effectively solve the accuracy defects of traditional hydraulic presses that rely on manual experience adjustment, ensuring excellent product quality and customer delivery.
